After Henry Cavill and his The Man from U.N.CL.E. co-stars took part in the presentation of their new film at the WB Panel, the cast went to give interviews. When IGN journalists invited Henry Cavill, Armie Hammer, Alicia Vikander and Elizabeth Debicki on the balcony of The Hard Rock Hotel for taping an interview, they had no idea the funny situation this would provoke.
One of the witnesses of the incident, Italian filmmaker Giovanni Tartaglia shared with us:
“This moment happened when my fiancé and I were walking around Comic Con, and saw that a crowd of people were below the balcony at The Hard Rock Hotel. I looked up and instantly recognized Henry and saw the setup for the interview. Everything seemed to happen in a timely fashion! Suddenly a group of bagpipe players wearing shirts to advertise Outlander began playing the SUPERMAN theme! Being a filmmaker, I knew I had to capture this moment on video!”
Thank you, Giovanni!
We have also seen other photos and videos of this funny moment when Outlander fans, trying to draw Henry’s attention, were playing in his honor the bagpipes the famous music of John Williams from the Superman movie.

Indeed, it was kind of surreal and at the same time a very funny moment for Henry!
