Warner Bros announced that Guy Ritchie's The Man from U.N.C.L.E., starring Henry Cavill and Armie Hammer, has been pushed back by a whopping eight months.
Initially this film had been scheduled for January 2015. Warner Bros will now release The Man from U.N.C.L.E. on August 14th 2015 (in the US anyway).
One more fan picture came from Jersey: Nicolas met Henry Cavill into the St Brelade Church. Henry is looking great in casual attire!
Continuing his philanthropic activities, particularly being the ambassador for the Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund (RMCTF), Henry Cavill is going to take part in the celebration of the 350th anniversary of the Royal Marines, to be held 24-27 October 2014 in Gibraltar. The event is on behalf of the RMCTF who are there to support injured and wounded Royal Marines through their Recovery Pathways.
New fan pictures came from Jersey Island: Lauren Pollock met Henry Cavill in Radisson hotel. Another "fanpic" was posted on Twitter by Kerrie Ryan, who shared a photo of her nanny having lunch with Henry there.
On 6th August, Henry Cavill visited Durrell Wildlife Park on his home island of Jersey, CI, to meet Lee Durrell and the team of Wildlife Conservation Trust, an international charity working globally to save species from extinction. To help support the organization, Henry has launched the website www.cavillconservation.com. On it, Henry explains his support:
“I’m enormously proud to be part of a team that makes such a huge positive impact on the world. Durrell is an organisation with a mission I can really get behind. I feel that saving the diversity of life on our planet will be seen as increasingly important in the not-too-distant future. I genuinely believe that Durrell provide hope for those endangered animals that others may have given up on already. They ‘do the seemingly impossible’; I would be truly humbled if I help to make that possible.”
